Jacob was the bartender - a smooth-talking, slender man with a low fade haircut and dimples. Despite being popular among women, he never gave them any attention - which only made them want him more. Everyone who knew him confirmed that he wasn't gay, though he had been with female companions in the past. He was just extremely selective when it came to relationships. As Shawn approached him, Jacob asked, "Did you apologize yet?" "Not yet," Shawn admitted. "I'll go do that now." He went up to the woman and untied her before saying, "Miss, I apologize for my reaction earlier. My boss would like to offer you a free drink at your next visit." "No, no, I should be the one apologizing. Thank you," the woman said gratefully. She could see how sincere Shawn was and even hugged him before leaving. Shawn then turned to the man and said, "Sir, it seems we got off on the wrong foot." Jacob looked on in amazement - this approach seemed to work. "Hopefully he'll have a similar response," he thought to himself. But before Shawn could say anything else, the man violently rocked forward in his chair, attempting to headbutt him. Shawn quickly stood up and dodged out of the way, causing the man to fall face-first onto the ground. 

He immediately started screaming about his broken tooth and promising to get revenge as soon as he was untied. Shawn walked away knowing that he could easily harm the man if he wanted to, but Jacob stepped in and handled the situation with ease.

Before helping Shawn up, Jacob examined the damage and found the missing tooth under the bar counter. He picked it up along with a small drink (possibly for medicinal purposes) and considered whether or not the man would want it back. He also retrieved the man's shoe and sock while he continued to beg to be untied. "What are you doing? Hey, stop!" he shouted as Jacob gently removed his sock and searched for any other injuries. “Get the fuck away from me.” As he cautiously removes the sock, Jacob continues to observe the man.
